Enjoy daily coaching and on-court play, comfortable accommodations, tasty meals, and guided jungle and beach excursions — all included in one easy, all-inclusive package starting at $1,300 USD.
Spring Break Pickleball Paradie in Costa Rica
April 3–10, 2026 (8 days/7nights) 20 player max
This retreat will be 3.0 to 4.0 (approximate) skill level.
What is included in this retreat:
- Accommodations in one of our 1, 2, 4, or 6-bedroom private Cabinas.
- Breakfast and lunch included daily at the property.
- 4 dinners included, leaving time to explore excellent local restaurants.
- 2 guided excursions: Nauyaca Waterfall and Marino Ballena National Park (Whale’s Tail).
- All ground transportation to and from San José, as well as to the included excursions.
- 8 hours of pickleball coaching and drills with guest coaches, including video analysis.
- Open play on our 4 covered, lighted courts, with ladder play and tournaments available upon request.
- End-of-week team tournament.
- Each Cabina features a large private deck, kitchenette, shared pool, and parking (see our accommodations page and Airbnb links for full details and reviews).
- Organized social events, including possible group dinners, movie nights, or casual gatherings.
- Full access to property amenities, including restaurant, pool, trails, yoga deck, and pickleball courts.
We can organize these things at an additional cost:
- Additional excursions such as snorkeling, Corcovado National Park, ATV tours, surfing lessons, birdwatching, and whale watching
- Extra accommodation nights before or after the retreat
- Yoga classes on the yoga deck or on-site massage sessions
- Extra small group or private coaching with video analysis
- Customized requests accommodated whenever possible
Note: Flights and accommodations outside of the Invictus property are not included.
Retreat/Camp Cost (USD):
Minimum of 14+ Participants
$1700 USD per person (based on single occupancy in 1 bedroom Cabina)
$1500 USD per person (based on double occupancy in 2 bedroom Cabina)
$1300 USD per person (based on double occupancy in1 bedroom Cabina)
$1400 USD per person (based on quad occupancy in 4 bedroom Cabina)
$1575 USD per person (Room in 6 bedroom villa with private pool, minimum 5 guests)
Please note that a 13% VAT will be added to all listed prices.
A 2.5% credit card fee will apply to all credit card payments.
Special pricing for guests not participating in pickleball.
Canadian guests can also pay by Interac e-Transfer in CAD. We'll calculate your total based on the live USD–CAD exchange rate and confirm the final CAD amount before payment.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before retreat start date.
In the unlikely event that we don't meet the 14 guest minimum or if the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen events, your deposit will be fully refunded.
In case of unforeseen circumstances for guests, we may be able to apply your deposit to a future retreat, subject to availability and approval.
Travel & Transfers
Transfers from San José will depart from a designated airport hotel. We recommend that guests arrive the day before the retreat begins and depart the day after it ends to allow for a smooth, coordinated pickup and drop off for everyone flying in from different locations. This area of San Jose has many restaurants and day excursions.
