Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our website. By accessing or booking through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Booking & Payments

To secure your spot in one of our retreats, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is fully refundable only if the retreat is cancelled by us for any reason.

  • The final payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date.

If we do not reach the minimum number of participants required to run the retreat, and we cancel the retreat at least 61 days prior to the scheduled start date, all deposits will be refunded in full.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made by the guest more than 60 days before the retreat start date will result in loss of the $300 deposit, but any additional amount paid will be refunded.

  • In the event of a personal emergency, we may offer a credit toward a future retreat, subject to availability and discretion.

 

3. Custom Retreat Changes

Custom retreat bookings can be adjusted based on availability. All changes must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

 

4. Travel & Insurance

All guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Costa Rica. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

 

5. Liability

By booking a retreat, you agree to participate in all activities at your own risk. Invictus Retreats is not liable for any personal injury, lost or damaged belongings, or travel disruptions during your stay.

 

6. Use of Website

All content on this website—including text, logos, photos, and graphics—is the property of Invictus Retreats and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this site or participation in a retreat indicates your acceptance of the most current version.
